1. Shipping Origins & Carriers
All orders are dispatched from our central warehouse in United Kingdom. To ensure the safety of our high-end yoga blocks, we partner exclusively with premium carriers:

We currently ship only to residential and commercial addresses within the United States. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO, or FPO addresses.
3. Shipping Costs
- Standard Express Shipping: Free on all orders.
4. Order Processing & Transit Time
Orders are processed after payment confirmation. You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after purchase.
- Order Cut-off Time: 5:00 PM (Greenwich Mean Time – London)
- Handling Time: 1 – 3 Business Days (Monday – Friday). This includes order verification, quality check, and packaging.
- Transit Time: 5–10 Business Days (may vary depending on customs processing, carrier operations, and delivery location).

5. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your DHL tracking number. You can track your package directly on the carrier’s website.

For orders shipped to the United States:
- Orders valued under $800 typically do not incur US Customs duties.
- For orders exceeding $800, the recipient is responsible for any import duties or brokerage fees assessed by US Customs.
- Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors such as customs processing, carrier delays, weather conditions, or peak seasons.
7. Damaged Shipments
Since we ship fragile glass and crystal items, we take extra care in packaging. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us at support@poshclassy.uk within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and the damaged item. We will offer a replacement or full refund at no additional cost after verification.
