At Posh Classy, we want you to be completely satisfied with your lighting purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer a straightforward return and refund process.
1. Return Window
You have 30 days from the date your item was delivered to request a return. Requests made after 30 days will not be accepted.
2. Return Eligibility & Condition
To qualify for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:
- The item must be in its original packaging (including all protective foam and internal hardware).
- The item must be unused, uninstalled, and in the same condition as when you received it.
- You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase (order number).
3. How to Start a Return
- Contact our support team at support@poshclassy.uk with your order number.
- If your return is accepted, we will send you the return shipping address and instructions on how and where to send your package.
- Note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
4. Return Shipping Costs
- Defective or Damaged Products: If the product arrives broken, defective, or is the wrong item, Chenfind will cover all return shipping costs.
- Customer Remorse: If you changed your mind, ordered the wrong size/style, or no longer want the item, the customer is responsible for the full cost of return shipping. Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.
5. Restocking Fees
- No Restocking Fees: We do not charge a restocking fee for any returned items.
6. Damaged or Broken Items
Please inspect your package immediately upon arrival. If the item is damaged, you must contact us at support@poshclassy.uk within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
7. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email.
- Approval: If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method.
- Timeline: Please allow 5 to 7 business days for the refund to reflect in your bank or credit card statement, depending on your financial institution.
